Redcliff Cliff Castle
Redcliff Cliff Castle was constructed on the headland in the Iron Age, over 2,000 years ago. Most of the headland has since fallen into the sea, but there are still remains of a pair of circular ramparts which have been cut into the bedrock. The ramparts may have originally been faced with stone. A causeway runs through the centre of the ramparts.
